Welcome to Mad Cat Designs!
I’ve been a graphic designer for 28 years. I’ve designed pretty much everything from newsletters to web ads, but my passion is book covers.
I’ve always been a voracious reader of all genres. I’ve enjoyed many great stories, but one thing that always hit me after “the end” was covers that “missed the mark.” I knew between my passion for writing and designing, I could help sell these stories better!
Like most writers, I’ve filled notebooks with various tall tales since I was 10 years old. A few years ago I decided I needed to get back into writing. I joined a local authors’ group and now, I’m an aspiring author as well as a book cover designer, and want to share my passion for the craft. I love designing book covers for authors who want their book to stand out from the rest.

I love all animals and currently have two cats.
Boo is our tri-pawed little black panther and Abby is our calico. I think they are mad in their own ways, thus the name of my business. I love my mad cats and I hope you love
